Awesome, thanks for the reply, yeh for me it was the same except for the first two months I never recieved an sms telling me my fair use had been reached, only the last month did I receive such an sms, and now, even today, they still have not reset my data cap. This is completely pathetic, seriously irratating and not condusive to ethical business codes of conduct. Basically it is theft, except, in the small print of the contract it states that they(MTN) have the rite to reduce data speed when and if they see a need to. SO, in other words, when the uninformed public signs this contract we are basically paying for them to scam us.
Oh well, justice is almost non existent these days. But I am not going to let these type of people get me down, I have my own companies code of conduct I make sure is always above board and each of my clients gets 100 percent satisfaction on every single job. Since I have ensured this small practice is done every time and for every client, no matter their socio-economic status, my business has grown by leaps and bounds in a very short time. Oh well, thank you for your reply, I reckon I am going to get a deal from another service provider and just donate this modem and sim to some needy school where they can at least use it to download learning material. I hope they keep the downloads on day and night so as to make MTN cake en betaal. Here's to hoping for a South Africa governed by reason, ethics and honor in all things. God Bless and have an awesome weekend.
