Seems like mine is also on 256K.
Our complaints have gotten us from a 3rd of the throttle speed to 2 thirds. We should carry on harrying them untill we get the full 384K.
My contract finishes in a few months. MTN has convinced me that I am not valued as a client so I will take my business elsewhere.
...and I will also advise everyone I know never to sign anything with MTN.

Just a quick question...weet jy hoekom mens se download spoed altyd hoer is as jou speed test? Byvoorbeeld as jy 'n program download, se maar google chrome en jou spoed hardloop 1.2mb maar jou speedtest se 200kbps?
