MTN Uncapped Lite

WHAAAAT THE F@@K! how can it stil be this crap slow! wtf is wrong with mtn. noone there knows anything
 
So I suppose the fair use policy is 15kbps now? Been on the phone for two hours straight trying to find out what's going on and yes no one seems to know anything. I hope it gets sorted out before Monday as I do my work via internet. GRRRRR
 
I'm back to full speeds for the past hour now.

Seems like the problem is being sorted out.
 
OK, so mine was working at full speeds for most of yesterday. Woke up this morning and max download on speedtest.net is 0.12mbps again.
What the hell man!

Called MTN on 808. The person told me apparently they were aware of a problem but it was resolved this morning. Refreshed my sim and I had to switch off my router for 15 minutes.
Just rebooted everything and alas the problem still persists. Thanks for nothing MTN.
I think everyone should phone in and complain because they obviously don't seem to be fully aware of just how pissed off we are all getting with this.
