These used to exist and quite active as I remember it. Think there was an old one that they phased out and then a new one around 2018 but neither seem to operate anymore. As a matter of interest why do they not operate now, was mnet unable to take criticism or some other reason? They were useful for technical questions and problems and had some very knowledgeable contributors to help one out. It is now more difficult to get help although it seem that there are still some of the old experts active on this forum like GeoffD and others

Yes there are a few around on MBB. MC said at the time they closed the community forum that it would be a temporary shut down to enable them to develop the forum on a new platform. From the onset of the New Comunity Platform they tried to redirect requests for help to their face book and twitter sites. Towards the end they mainly assisted in resetting DSTV Now accounts.

Well the Nokia forums and HTC forums also closed early, lol. I wonder why! :whistling:

On twitter......... The new more user friendly forum should be very good because they have been working on it for a few months now.
