Basically a couple of examples of evolutionary theory a doctor needs to know were presented. Like dealing with the HIV virus and its hectic evolution (this is why HIV needs to be treated with a cocktail of antiretrovirals) and being careful not to create super-resistant strains of bacteria by incorrectly applying antibiotics.

Look at the quote in my post that you quoted,maybe you missed the part where he used evolution to take a jab at religion.So there, some atheists clearly use evolution,now can you either stop them or stop asking us where anyone said it does.Let me re quote it for you to be sure...

How is taking a jab at religion the same as claiming that evolution disproves God's existence? He basically just criticised the 'design'.

Why, of all species on Earth which evolved over billions of years, did only viruses evolve to possess their level of immune system evasion and rapid mutation rates? This seems consistent with the idea that an intelligent designer decided to elevate viruses above all other animals.

This is a silly argument dude. You are always going to find animals that do certain things better than other animals. We aren't superior, we're just different.

Intelligent design is not science. It has no real answer. You can go on pointlessly fapping about it forever or you can start dealing with what we have evidence for. Your choice.

No he is questioning the fact that anything was in fact created,that much is obvious.So you of by a long shot.
He was trying to get a point across by planting a seed question which is rhetoric,its an old debating tactic.

And science while important cant explain everything yet,so maybe there is scientific evidence of an intelligent designer but we letting it pass right before our eyes.

Very possible,anyone dismissing this is clearly not open to new ideas.....its called thinking out of the box and in our case science may yet prove to be our box.

No again thinking everything can be explained by science is thinking in the box since our science isnt all encompassing yet,sometime theories are formulated before they are fully understood,we dont know everything yet.

Currently yes,thats not to say that we wont find new scientific methods of looking at the world,its pandoras box really so we need to be open to ideas even magic if we are to be true scientists then nothing is impossible.
