I just want phenom to clarify the whole "mutilating children" thing. I'm not sure what he means by that.

Doubtful if he could explain it in plain English. I have been looking for mutilated Muslims for 2 days now, and cannot find any...

I thought so too, but that's hardly mutilation. It's a valid medical procedure. This is unless "Muslims" specifically go out and use a butcher knife and a bloody wooden block to do it.

Sorry, I didn't realise that we had an expert on the Quran here. Or is it Google that you are expert on?

I am sure you could find many sthiloads of info on Flying Saucers as well, doesn't mean that you have to believe it all.

I was also considering circumcision as part of the mutilation garbage but then you would have to include the parents of something like 70% of all boys ever born and circumcised as well.

And no, in no way is this a 'valid' procedure, it is no more "valid", than what lobodomies were "valid". The primary reason of this practice is to restrict and numb sexual leasure, so that or to control peole to have a better focus on god and religion, it has no actual benefit whatsoever. It is nothing more than a totalitarian method of control.

Sorry dude, don't agree with you. There are VALID, MEDICAL reasons for a circumcision. I know. I HAD to have one when I was about 5 or 6. No way around it (:erm:)... Now if you solely mean that religious circumcision is bad then please be specific and don't tar everything with the same brush.

The female type though... horrible... unless, that is, it's bigger than an average penis. In that case, butcher the mother****er.

that's common in catholicism and other christian religions as well... even pope paul IV used to wear sackcloth underneath his robes and whip himself.... my question is, wtf has that got to do with anything? if you don't like religion, then don't. if u do like religion, then do. to each his own i say. those of you who feel the need to crit other people's beliefs, to the point of preaching yourselves, need to either get laid or a hobby...

And through which cultures was this brought to their attention? EDIT: I wanted to tell you to take a LONG AND HARD look at what you're arguing here, but I thought it would do more bad than good.
