MWEB ADSL Hamster may continue to run

She obviously doesnt use MWEB Uncapped.

Otherwise she would have understood the hyperbole, and more obviously the irony.

If the wheel was turning at MWEB's Uncapped speeds, the thing would die of obesity.

With the hamster turning in the wheel, instead of the wheel turning and the hamster in it? Will be funny.

She was arguing that stupid people might try the experiment for real. You have to remember that there are very gullible people out there, which is why they need to be protected.
