Mweb extremely slow

Hi, i'm on the bundled 4mb uncapped contract. For the past 2 weeks the line has been dropping regularly for about 10sec or so. This is extremely frustrating if you are a healer in a mmorpg. At first I thought it was the game server, but I figured out it was Mweb.

Worse of all, last night I had no connectivity - none at all - zills - nada. So it's totally unacceptable atm (especially since it's getting worse and worse). How do I proceed from here? Is anyone else at Mweb having problems? I'm based in southern boksburg; could it be only local? Is there any software i can use?

How do I find out what the problem is?

Can you post your Line Stats? Dropping and No connectivity sounds like a line problem but it could be Mweb. Was your ADSL still synced when you dropped?

Sounds like your line and not mweb, does the sync light flash?
