Then perhaps they should inform their call centre agents, as I spoke to Gidaaya less than an hour ago and he said that there was no more free local. Once again, no confirmation of anything, lots of miscommunication, gotta love SA

no, no, no... if this thread has proved anything it is that their call center agents have been "instructed" to tell people that the trial is over and there is no more free local. But this is to discourage the use of the service. Don't rely on what their agents tell you on the phone... they are just toeing the party line. Trust me, they have not capped me yet this month and if they are planning on charging us for over-usage then they have yet to make those rates know to anybody.
Go back and read through this entire thread... the call center agents have been telling people that for months now... even when the trial was still running in the middle of last year.
