Wow you people are a bunch of drama queens. Always exaggerating to the greatest extent. I wish you could see yourselves go at this in a few years and then cry tears of sorrow over how absolutely ridiculous you made yourself come across.
Just so by the way, something to consider: Mweb does not pay Seacom R500/m for a 4mb pipe. In reality it costs 20x (or more probably) more than that for fully 1:1 contended bandwidth, so you expect mweb to let you download your torrents at the full 4mb for the measly pittance you pay them every month? They have to take that 4mb pipe, shape it and contend it between 20-50 people so that they _can_ actually sell it to you for R500/m and still turn some form of profit.
Take a look at the big picture some time and stop whining about torrents not going at their full speed. Mweb and any other ISP does what they can to be able to provide people with enough bandwidth to do what is expected, not what is wanted. If there is no shaping/contention there is no cheap internet. It's as simple as that. Want 4mb full speed unshaped uncapped all the time? By all means, pay for it.
Think of your internet line as a highway: You want to drive a big massive car that takes up all 4 lanes at the same time but the traffic department won't let your greedy ass do it so they make you drive a small compact car just like everyone else so everyone can use the highway in a fair manner.
