MWEB - SEACOM OUTAGE UPDATE

Have you guys received the mail about the Seacom problem? They say at least a week to repair...

You miss the part about international access? My Gmail page just sits there loading.
 
Nothing wrong with MWEB uncapped service. Seacom went down. Must MWEB dive into the sea and repair it themselves...?

If you're paying for something that does not always work then fine, just saying I won't.
 
I wonder what does terms and conditions state when on MWEB (Seacom) regarding when service is down for let say a week or more? It's true, so now we have to pay full amount on our package we got still end of the month...We, or some are now getting a degrading bandwidth on SAIX. That is not what we are paying for. I do understand not MWEB is to blame, i am just wondering...
