Good day Nelis, please provide me the entire netstat via private message.

As advised to you, the amount of data moved this morning is high and does not reflect a connection being impacted on by slow speeds.

I've checked my hardware untangle firewall box and even tried bypassing it with same results. On the firewall my line is only going at 40KB/s

Hi Mweb Guy

Maybe you can help, i am trying to download my restore image for my apple TV 3 which is 870MB and i have a wonderful download rate of 29 KB/s. Really it can not be that slow....

nope did both... 40 KB is all its starts at 116 then just goes down, its throttled... u can clearly see it. but thanks for the help in anycase MWEB GUY

Hi TmanSA

When you logged into My Account did the status show as throttled?

TmanSA, did you manage to contact the provider who manages your DSL line to recreate you port?
