I need some help with this regard, I am very irate with MWEB at this point.
I sent an email to
cancellations@mweb.co.za on the 25'th August 2013 and subsequently received a response of my cancellation on the 28'th August 2013. The follow up email asked that I fill out attached forms and fax to number requested. Granted I only sent through the fax on the 5'th September and now MWEB has debited my account by another R369. Surely my initial email should serve as date of commencement of cancellation. Now they are asking for a proof of fax that I sent through a month ago.
Where is the customer service? Surely if they have not received something, why not then follow it up to check with the client, at least that's how things work in my company. If this is the quality of service I get from MWEB, it's no wonder I'm cancelling, never has my service been so poor from MWEB.
