Why didnt mweb just give out the details for their throttling policy in the first place? Did they not think that users would not find out after a month or two what the limits were for a 30 day rolling window? I mean, everyone who uses mybroadband and has half a brain cell would figure out that over 30 days you cant exceed 3.3GB a day or 100GB every 30days...Honestly, in this day and age you think hiding info would not come back to bite you in the rear? We all implicitly know the limits, yet you wont even officially admit it. Big disconnect between customer and company then. Your service is great mweb, but your image is tarnished. I wont leave just yet, but being on MWEB has already cost me R50 more in buying a retail game instead of getting it digitally for FEAR (something you dont want to instill in a customer) of getting throttled and not being able to play said game when the DL is finished.
