MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 3

Yeah, it's been happening on and off all day in the Durbanville area. In fact, Durbanville was listed on MWeb's network fault page, but has since been removed (Not closed, removed entirely). Problem persists only on MWeb connections.
 
I can not play games if at the most unexpected moment i lose connection please check it out otherwise......
 
My modem and line is normal no flickering lights on modem my line is with mweb
 
i have ask telkom they tested the line and its fine i send pm to mwebguy.my ping everything works and suddenly no data flow and lose connection to game and mumble server.this was last nite so will check it after work

Hi guys

The engineers are still look into it but there is nothing that points to an immediate/obvious issue.
From what I understand the connection doesn't drop but traffic flow stops. Is this correct?
If so, could you please confirm what type of account you have, line speed you have and which area you are in?

(eg: capped/uncapped - 4mbps - Parow/CPt)

I will then pass along the info to the team and hopefully they can provide some insight.
