MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 3

I've also been experiencing random disconnects lately in Hermanus, very brief and only noticeable while playing games. It's annoying. A friend from CPT also with Mweb says he is experiencing the same, while another not with Mweb doesn't experience any disconnects. We all play LoL together on EUW. It is also happening while playing hearthstone/Heroes of the storm.

Obviously nothing I can do about it, seems to start happening after 4pm-5pm

this is exactly it, and its only mweb accounts giving the issue
 
Same thing here now mwebguy pm me and ask what routermodel i have?????? Really?????.I am currently running on webafrica without any problems.So the problem is my router ??????
 
Uncapped, 2mbps, Durbanville area. Traffic halts every few minutes for about 30-45s. Switching to Afrihost is looking pretty tempting.
 
Premium uncapped 4 meg, Gordons bay, same issue as allllll the others, flow of traffics stops, disconnects from chat/skype/games

Only clients in the Western Cape up to PE affected.

So where do those areas all authenticate to ?

It's not an adsl outage - the adsl sync never goes down and the connection to Mweb stays up.

The network status notice regarding this outage in Durbanville from the 10th was also closed, but the problem is not fixed, and just occurred now once more.

To clarify: The issue has been occurring since the 10th, and despite numerous "outages" listed and closed on the MWEB Network Status page for the Durbanville area, the problem persists.
 
Its really disheartening to have to work all week, and finally get some down time, and then there are all these issues with MWEB and no explanation.

Hi, our Engineers couldn't find any issues with our network since last night until present. That said, best to contact Support on 087 7000 777 to troubleshoot and escalate accordingly.

Just back from being out for a while and checking my network alerts.

Multiple outages between 4.30 and 4.50pm.

Same area as previously.

So again, who do all the Cape accounts authenticate to ?

Dropped about five minutes ago once more. Myself and the fellow Cape Townians I game with who are on MWEB. I also see the drops at around 16:30 and 16:50 today in my logs.

EDIT: and another at around 20:48.
