A) I have taken off protected access. You can turn it back on and off via My Account under ADSL.

Hey MWEB Guy, unfortunately still having issues with ping:

I ran a ping test to the Pretoria server, here are the results (228ms):

then I switched to my afrihost account and ran the test again (54ms):

so as you can see the pings are suffering quite badly. I am based in Durban and I'm pretty sure all the servers I game on are in Jo'burg somewhere. Please let me know if there is any other info you might need.

Try to ping Johannesburg or whatever the other one is. I know that pretoria link is always wrong and also make sure to use internet explorer for best results
