Impossible internet usage

Hi Mweb Guy,

This is getting beyond rediculous. My internet is slower than dialup on Mweb. I can't even get onto facebook properly.

How many times do I need to get my port reset and my account reactivated? Two months and my internet is slower than my 384 line 3 years ago. 5 modem resets today and nothing is usable. How can this be solved????

According to Telkom my autention rates is good enough for 4mb but my internet is slower than a dead snail. I'm tired of complaining if this can't get sorted please let me know that I can try another ISP but this speeds is more than frustrating. I never had this problems before.

I happen to be visting my parents who have an uncapped account with mweb (I believe it's a 384 account) and I'm not sure what sort of speeds I should be expecting on the account but it seems way slower than it should be. I'm trying to download a game from steam and my download speed seems to vary from 18 - 25 KB/s irrespective of the time of the day. Also see my result from speedtest.net.

I just want to know if i had to transfer my ADSL line to Mweb, and i have a technical issue does MWEB resolve it or do i still have to sit on the phone for half a day and get told everything is FINE on telkoms end?

Because i just can't win anymore, maybe mweb guys would have better luck.

We would take care of all of that for you.
Simply call us to log the fault and we will deal with Telkom.
We also keep you updated with the progress of the fault, so let me know if you would like to transfer the line to MWEB. ;)

League of legends and my uncapped

Hi Mweb i have been having trouble these past few days with either high latency spikes or not even being able to log into US league of legends.

I plays this game online quite regularly and yesterday and today while i was playing i suddenly get disconnected and then im unable to connect again, i switch to a capped acc. FNB provides me with monthly and it works fine to log in and i get no lag problems etc...

please help

Is it only LoL you having issues with? How is your general internet connectivity?

Please provide me with comparative tracert & ping results from any local & international site with the 2 ISP accounts.

Great. In a single month, my internet connection got cut off 2 times for some reason and now the connection speed is slow like hell. What's going on? :/
