I got a call from an Mweb tech today and after an hour of testing and sending him stuff he told me that he will need to check with telkom if there is a problem because he cant find anything.
The problem is now my net has gotten even worse. I cant browse a lot of websites and i keep getting disconnected from WoW.
Without testing any other account other than Mweb, it could very well be Telkom related ..... I'd suggest getting a prepaid 1gb account just for testing. It will just make things easier to sort out.
Ok just tested with an Afrihost account and have the same problem.
Must be telkom then. Now how do i get them to check for faults?

Here is the feedback I received from games mater:
"We haven’t made any specific changes for traffic shaping for the SWTOR, however as the gaming department are avid players of SWTOR, we haven’t noticed any specific problems with it in its current form. We’re all getting pings of about 220-240 ms and are able to partake in all the group content with no issues, including flashpoints and PvP. We are building a networking profile and will add it for further prioritization should the need arise."
