i'm not that far from an exchange, and the problem has only been around since telkom made a rather large blunder and put over 400 peoples' lines in my area down for a week, and thereafter the attenuation has been horrible for me. So I assume it's just a technical fault somewhere. but once again, thank you MWEB guy.

Please test with the PC that is connected to the router via cable; also please let me know if your pings and tracers resolve?

Your line readings seem fine at the moment, is there any noise on your telephone line? Are you physically disconnecting your router or is it disconnecting by itself?

Ok, do you have a filter on your DSL line? As a test can you plug the telephone line into the wall jack please.

Been fiddling on desktop & its the same. Pings were timing out.
Tried Afrihost account again & it worked but extremely slow, a MyBB speed test would not finish
Switched back to MWeb & its also connecting sporadically very slowly. Speed test didn't complete ping test
Pings to Google are failing 50% of the time
Think I'm gonna call it a night & hope it's somehow back to normal in the morning
Tried to post this while on MWeb account & got "Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing"
Is this an upload issue?

grrr - don't know what is going on but definitely fluctuating - supersport streaming very choppy - keeps buffering and occasionally throws up "insufficient bandwidth message"

Low quality works fine, I'm getting 120-150KB/s, but as soon as I change it to Medium, the speed drops to 50KB/s and buffers a lot. Any ideas? :O

Just tried the link with Afrihost capped 4M+ line. Same issues on mild not even enjoyable.

Erm use twitch, you should know this.
They use twitch.tv and their own streaming service? Didn't realize that. :O

Twitch might be delayed? Started at like 00h00, while MLG was said to have started at 23h00. Unless there was an hour build-up.
Ah ok. Followed all the MLG channels though. Will watch those streams later. Thanks.

Hey Will. I'm currently using WTFast when playin Aion, but there is a problem that started up cropping up yesterday. When I try to log in it gives me "Access denied. Your subscription does not allow to access with this IP."
But I'm using my Mweb account. Did Mweb expand its current IP range and forget to inform the runners of WTFast to update their license ranges?
