Hi Mweb Guy thanks for your help today; rocking with my ADSL tonight
 
wanna say a big thanks to mweb for trying to sort out my adsl at the end happened to be telkoms fault(like it normally is lol)but 1st thing in the morning i got a phone call from them and they tried to assist me! very impressed keep up the good work mweb!

im getting packet loss locally, my first hope outside my home is fine at 11ms, but from there on its high.

Yeah. Bummer. Try doing a pppoe connection - sometimes I find that I have issues with a pathping/traceroute when I don't, and then I dial pppoe and it works fine.

I've have seen others do it! Not to change to another exchange but change my line to a different port on the exchange , like getting a tele line without changing your tele number!!

Sent in my application for upgrade from 1Mb uncapped to 4Mb uncapped (all inclusive) on 16 April. I appear to have been debited the full 4Mb price at the end of April, yet my line speed has not increased.

Sigh.

What are the max speeds we should be receiving on your 384k uncapped product, running it on a 10Mb line and doing 1.5-3Mb/s:wtf:
