it seems south african companies have a way of redefining already establsished terms. pro-rata now means half :D

i laugh and joke about it cause it didn't affect me but this is a serious issue. i would reckon that if they told you pro-rata you have a case against them.

Hi muzzling,

We've tested it again with Safari on Mac OSX and can find no problems. Can you provide OS & browser type/versions so we can investigate further?

From what I remember the all inclusive packages get pro rata but the data-only packages get the 50% cut
But yes they should have indicated this clearly and visibly
 
I am having trouble browsing International websites, anyone else?
 
yep international seems dead slow, what happened to the supposed redundancy.
 
I was downloading from my international server via http and I can barely remote desktop now.
 
Everything has more or less come to a standstill yes.

Just trying to connect to a game, and it won't even go past the version checker. Prior to this xfire and GSC both dropped, and even browsing barely works. Speeds a barely over a KB, sometimes spike to about 3, but mostly sit at 0.

Seems many isps suffering this, So i guess no one paid the Somali pirates
 
No we're not.

Its actually gotten worse. GSC disappeared again, still got xfire, but now outlook is timing out. Browsing got better though. Shaping is sort of meaningless when you have absolutely nothing anyway.
