Isn't an HD stream around 10-12Mbits/s for 720p? Think you're out of luck.
except for the R23 price difference, what else should I consider when choosing either MWEB or Axxess uncapped options?
Everything about the service. It's going to perform differently, shaping will be different and T&C will be different. You'll have to look around these threads for most of those factors. Depends on your needs too.
Don't waste your money, just get the uncapped unshaped account from either Mweb or Openweb, you wont regret it
MWEB isn't perfect but if you don't bypass their shaping or break their rules the service is awesome.
If you check the threads currently bombing on MWEB you will see it is the same few bad mouthing them on each of the threads.
So, on MWEB
1.) Dont bypass shaping, which apparently includes http.
2.) Make sure you download while at your PC only, and only periodicly.
Did I forget anything? If not, then you're set to go with MWEB.
btw - if you check the threads RE: Mweb - you'll see its the same few standingh up for them, coincidence?
WHAT????((((
MWeb, your comment(s) on this, please![]()
no need for their comment, its what SaberWolfy has been going on about... hence the apparently. But I do imagine that downloading over HTTP from an unknown hosting site would be considered bypassing shaping.

Knickers in a twist? Remove. Shake. Hold at each end. Ensure the label is on the inside nearest to you. Replace. Sorted.
Basically, MWeb own their network, and if they don't like what you are up to, they have an arsenal of clauses they can call upon to get rid of you. Either live with that or don't live with that.
Looking around at the sad and sorry alternatives, even if I don't like it, I'd rather live with it.
:wtf:Remember that when you use public services - its the ANC's after all.
