Thx again PeterCH just over 100GB per month for me will do i cant really see myself using 200GB + , so i guess mweb will be getting my business then.
 
I'm doing between 5 and 8GB a day on Torrents. Done 415GB since the 7th April when I signed up. Only problem I have is 50.0 line attenuation which makes my line a bit flakey sometimes. Trying to get it sorted out is almost impossible when dealing with Telskum.

I want to sign up with Mweb, but the first billing run is a bit confusing to me. Do you get billed for 2 months on the first billing run? Because I cannot really afford that. Any clarification would be helpful thanks.

Still no word back from MWEB after I send my traceroute details. Web pages still timing out but HTTP downloads seem to be fine again. Strange

Great service from MWeb

One of my family members wanted to transfer ownership of their account to another family member. This was complicated by the fact that the new account email address was already being used as an alias and would have to be deleted by us before transferring the account.

I sent a PM to the MWEB rep. here and a consultant (initials MS) called me the next day with all the details, as well as emailing me the information. I passed this on to my family members.

They contacted her today and the account was transferred easily. She called them back immediately after they faxed through documentation. Great, friendly service, with a positive result, first time. Thanks to MWeb.
