you are one of the few that are not experiencing problems for the last 2 weeks. so maybe you should not tell me how i should react.
jhbWe need to know where you are
it works fine with another isp.We need to check your Telkom line conditions (I'm sorry but this is a non negotiable troubleshooting step - I have seen far too many cases of "it works fine with my other isp" that were eventually resolved by good old fashioned line problems being fixed)
it works fine with another ispWe need to check for Telkom congestion on your exchange/DSLAM (again non-negotiable)
all of the aboveIf we have after these steps firmly established that the fault lies on the MWEB network we need to gather as much data as possible about the nature of the problem you have. Is it related to Youtube? Downloads? p2p non p2p? time of day, time of week? etc etc.
lets do mwebs job for them?
Guys please I understand that some of you are frustrated, but if you have a complaint and you don't allow MWEB guy to do his job and gather the necessary data that we need to get the matter investigated then we have very little chance of assisting.
For everyone experiencing problems, regardless of how similar you may think they are, we need the following information:

Believe me I sympathize with all of your frustration, but no amount of general complaining, or starting petitions is going to give me the solid data that I need to escalate your concerns and have them addressed.
So how exactly does it work when the line is faulty and it works 100% with Telkom and not at all with MWEB ? And can you give us some examples of the many cases you know of ?
I still have my Mweb uncapped account but it's unusable. I have no problems with my Telkom ISP account whatsoever.
Do you suspect that my line is faulty ?
