Yeah worth every penny.

They cant block it. its a business port. Maybe just shape it, like they doing now

RapidShare is still chugging along @ 100kbps-130kbp on 4mbps line. Waiting for 22:00 to see if there's any effect. As for AstraWeb, if it's doing about the same rates maybe MWeb is "testing" throttles already..? I really hope not.

Was downloading at full line speed (384k) two days ago but now it has slowed to a halt for the past 2 days.
