I got full line speed from 2pm - 4pm and half speed from 4pm - 5pm.
At this moment, downloading at a rate of 411bytes/s

That seems to take me to the main page? and then when I try to register my mweb email address (Because i never use it) it says "An email has been sent to [email protected]

wtf? I can't access the damn thing to retrieve the password???

MWebs client zone isnt very friendly, usually you just enter the email u registered with + the password you enter on your router WAN account if u havent changed anything

MWeb is seriously getting worse, with all these upgrades surely things should be improving? Maybe that hack has compromised more than just passwords...

Hmm I thought the downtime would be tommorow, international seems dead. Posting this with WA account cause I could not even load this page on my MWEB account. Perhaps it's that pescky SEACOM link they had probs with the other day acting up again.

PS: Ok after reconnecting my connection things are back to normal it seems. NNTP potering along at 5 kBps, http browsing seems ok.

SLOW SPEED WITH MWEB? ------>>>> They said they are performing upgrades today at around midnight, they probably already began part of the upgrades hence the slow speeds. I am also experiencing this right now. I was streaming NHL games at full speed and all the sudden kapoof, either way, hopefully these new upgrades in CPTown will make the internet here even better! So far no problems on my side!

Well it is Friday, after all. :-)

No complaints from me, to bad MWEB can't seem to maintain this:

November 26, 2010 315.5 10109.8 10425.3

It says "Logout" when I put in my gmail address, which i used to register, but when i click on my account or email, it takes me to their homepage with their hosting / adsl / 3G offers?

Also when i try sign into the email, firefox brings up a 'sign me on' pop up box that opens and closes all the time. IE does it to.

Everything is dead slow my side, except torrents for some reason. News doesn't connect at all and most websites need to be refreshed before everything displays. Been waiting more than 30 minutes already for the new version of calibre (30mb) to download on 4m line....:(

After loging in I get the home page, and top right it has 3 icons: "Join MWEB", "EMAIL", and "LOGOUT". I then click on the "My Account" link in the bar just below that, which takes me to another login screen, where I have to fill in my PW again (email addy already in the UN block). After that the landing page has a "ADSL" link under "My Services", which is where your stats are available.

Hope that helps / makes sense.

One thing I have noticed, and I think someone else is having the same problem - I can't download from Hotfile.com. It just keeps timing out.

That's as far as i get. the page after entering the password again does not have any "Adsl" link under "My services". I can't even find the My Services link? O.o
