Mweb guy I can't believe after so many pages of people complaining how worse mweb has become these past months , you still say there are no issues, cmon wake up
For example : news server, yes I know its a added bonus, but you can clearly see its been shaped during the day. And people keep asking if it is and all we get is a different answer every time. Just tell us if its official or not. We tired of guessing lol
Anyways thats my opinion :)

its not only news servers its http as well i mean its taken me about 3hrs to download a 1gig file and its still going on 4mb line...
 
I'm on the 4096 Kbps MWEB package and my HTTP downloads are averaging at a shocking 30 KB/sec.

There have been so many speed issues since the beginning of this year and all we're asking for is to get the service we're promised and paying for.

This is beyond frustrating.

Well then I'll have no choice but to test other ISP's ;).

Now that you mention it, how on earth are Mweb planning to perform this free 1Mb upgrade for 512K users and keep them happy when there are 384K unshaped users like myself who are struggling to maintain anything over 10KB/s. Hell lets not even mention the 4Mb account users...

Lost track of time...hours seems to have passed, but nothing's happened? Information arrives in fits & spurts...often incomplete or otherwise useless. News?...not much...too fragmented, unreliable; trouble connecting to our sources...are they even still alive? Some reports say: DEAD...probably never know...their fate...unthinkable. Resources trickling in slowly and unsurely...don't know how much longer we'll survive...supplies running low, plenty of storage but nothing new to store...need to keep our hopes up, but the bleakness of our outlook brings despair...pray fo‰#_..¢=* §\6`~

Thanks for the feedback - good to know that you get your hands dirty.

Being in tech management myself, I know how few managers actually get involved technically. Word of advice to the mweb techs, keep it real, we know that technology is complicated stuff....
