btw .. when will the gmail thing be sorted please, it is really frustrating to wait for just about ever for important mail to open.

Tried another router on my line -- some podcasts still don't download.

Tried my router at another location -- podcasts download successfully.

That means it's the line. Which is what I've been saying from the start ... :mad:

What a waste of my time. Guess I better get in the car and switch the routers and settings back now ...

It seems we are getting intermittent timeouts to some of the destinations in Google's server farm which handles Gtalk and related services. The underlying cause seems to be peering related and they are working with Google to resolve the matter.

Seems Mweb is good this month, lot less complaining or is it just because people are enjoying the weekend, I'm very happy I switched to Mweb.
 
I have a 4mb business uncapped at work, seems fine. I have a 1mb uncapped at home, super slow, even just general browsing. Funny thing is that when I switch to my capped account (axxess) the line workes super dupa fast. End of this month I will be off Mweb and make sure my work uncapped is going as well. Its such a pity that Mweb falls short of the mark. My brother has Openweb gold for 2 months and he has never looked back.

My Steam downloads are crawling on your own Steam content server Mweb. Getting between 20 and 100 KB/s on a 4meg line.
 
Then I guess I'm lucky, getting over 200kB/s from Steam, watched 1080P YouTube trailer of Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol, just had to give it maybe a 10 second pause just to give it a head start and then it played all the way through without a single buffer.
 
Starcraft 2 lagging more than usual on Mweb today, just as the big SA tourney is being played. Any response to the issue of SC2 lagging? Yeh a bunch of people in the tourney all on mweb experiencing problems.....Can you respond to the SC2 issue or is this another thing you just do not care about anymore?
 
Mweb looks like its up to **** today, its not just my Steam thats failing.

And I did try a few different Steam content servers, Mwebs worked the best but by no means is it good.

WoW EU I cant connect to it but everything else is working fine. With torrents going at 200-300 kb/s and all other games can connect np.
 
Lol tell me, how should i "take a screenshot of the error" with in game lag? Spikey jumpy lag? Kinda hard to take a screenshot of that....
