I cant friggin download anything or surf properly as well. Speeds and connectivity are all over the show.I switch over to my IS account and wow, everything works @ 8Mb/s.
Maybe this is an experiment to see how many customers MWEB can get rid off in the shortest amount of time. My business is going somewhere else as well if MWEB cannot provide some decent service. MWEB representative, do something, even if it to admit you cannot provide the service we are looking for and to let us know to go somewhere else.
Evening Craig, please provide me more detail; as per our record there has only been one router disconnection today and you have managed 194gig of data already for the month of July on a shaped 4 meg account.
