overall im happy with the service, and I still do recommend it to a lot of people who do more than 50gb a month, I dont have that many hiccups, but i dont use more than 50gb a month, so the "surprise" issues every now and then inst worth it to spend half an hour doing troubleshooting myself, comparing isp accounts and waiting 2 days for tech support to reply and the frustration of getting the tech support guy to understand that it isn't a line fault isn't worth the R539 at this stage, where i can get 50gb semi unshaped for the same amount with less hiccups.

Since last week downloads via fileserve.com have dropped from +- 300kbps to +-50kbps. I am running simultaneous downloads with a fileserve premium account, If speeds do not improve I will have to cancel my mweb account as there will be no benefit of using a premium fileserve account over a free one, is this due to network problems, or aggressive shaping?
