(To be fair, MWEB has followed-up with me re mediafire and has asked me for additional information and testing, which I'll get to them.)
 
Seems 'we' MWEB uncapped users are forever running tests and such for their techies.

Is that also included in the T&C's ?!? :D

Yup and after you give them loads of info, over and over again and after they have recreated the fault on their test bench (quoted on this forums) they still take 3 weeks and only response i am still getting is "the fault is with our network team". Nothing concrete, no improvement. When one of them phones me halfway thought they didnt even know the particulars of the issue or what was going on.

I agree with you there. Why do I even call them? I feel from day 1 nothing has been done when calling them. They just wait a week oor 2 maybe 4 and then call back and then they ask has it been fixed and you say yes long time ago. Always when I phone them they telling me nothing is wrong and why don't they just tell me the truth. I don't care if something is wrong just want to know they are working on it.

My ping in black ops is 100ms when it should be like 25ms on a 4mb line. This is !@#$%

But they can't test the conditions on your line at your premises from their side, so they have to ask you to test it. The conditions at your side are different to the conditions at their test bench.
 
I see black ops is disconnecting every now and then. I can't finish one game without being disconnected please check into it. Not my account as many of my steam friends in JHB,PTA and Durban having the same issue

Still getting massive disconnections in black ops

I know that but still if soem ppl from jhb and some from Durban and some from Pretoria have the same issue the chances that it will be the account or lines is highly unlikely don't you tthink?
 
@nelis: Fair enough, but I'm sure they ask for information to assist them in trouble-shooting, not to irritate users :)

Please let us know what they say. I wanted to set up some downloads for after midnight, but neither Fileserve nor Filesonic work. GRRRR!
Usually I can set up just fine anytime of the day.
 
Just loaded Afrihost up, and my Filesonic and Fileserve links resolve immediately!

Mweb ... you are obviously shaping harsher now, and we need to know what the new rules are.
