Hi MWEB Guy. Is P2P fully operational again with this whole seacom thing or is it still being blocked/shaped?
I've been trying since you posted that the network was back up to 100% but I haven't been able to get more than 800kb downloaded through the day. Tested with various torrents (one of which has 2950 seeds) and none of them want to download.
Is it a network related thing or is it just me?

I've experienced this on a few different sites in Firefox for the last few days. Most times it is resolved by just refreshing the page a few times.

Hi Qrox,

AFAIK everything should be back to normal now.
Are you only having trouble with P2P not working as it should?
Have you tried rebooting since the issue has been resolved?

At the moment I'm getting 0kbs on all the torrents I try. I did reset my router earlier today but maybe it wasn't off for long enough. I will turn it off for 30min, test again and let you know how it is then.
 
I am also getting 0kb from astraweb....

It was working earlier, I have rebooted my router since things came right
 
Reset modem and router for 40 minutes. Still a no go. 0kbs on all torrents
 
Astraweb on mweb uncapped dead not even 1kb, astraweb on telkom capped full speed, is everyone else having issues with nntp? Im in Cape Town.
 
MWEBGUY is Astraweb blocked or shaped? as allot of members experiencing problems and connections and extremely poor speeds from Astraweb.
 
Mine sprung to life at about 6pm this evening after almost a week of rigamortis. Here's hoping it holds.
 
Okay people in cape town battling with atsraweb use us.news.astraweb.com or eu.news.astraweb.com not hitting full speed though only 30kb on 1meg line, at least is going now till or if mweb sorts this out.
 
iTunes music store inaccessible over M-Web - works fine on Telkom. MWebGuy, please explain and rectify. I thought it may be because it's just really busy because of the iOS 5 update, but it's been like this for around 5 days now where I cannot get the store to load in iTunes AT ALL on M-Web specifically.
 
nntp running full speed as of 2am, thanks mweb, I dont mind shaping but within reason.

Good morning Donovan

Please note that I have received confirmation from numerous clients that they are now able to access iTunes. Please advise if you still cannot access the iTunes music store.
