iTunes still not working. Once again I'm considering ditching M-Web...

My torrents are going pretty slowly, about 30KB/s. Im using a 4Meg though. Im just happy that they are working.


What im not happy about is this iTunes issue... Otherwise normal browsing and downloading seems to be fine...

Man I am really getting tired of that two days know i am trying to download IOS 5 for my ipad, first the download is as slow as hell and second it gets to 500Mb the the connection gets reset.... Its really not funny anymore..... Mweb can you please fix this...

I'm experiencing downloads being interrupted at 99%. Doesnt matter which browser I use or which PC. Frustrating to say the least.

Its intermittant. Occasionally I get a small file through but I'm wasting alot of time and bandwith on this issue.

I must say that im experiencing the exact same thing with most of my downloads, while using a download manager, it would even reach 100 % with just left 100kb to download and the speed drops to 0 and i end up having an incomplete download since it wouldnt resume even if i tried.

Use a download manager or Firefox. Once completed, copy the file to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates

once that is completed, open iTunes and click update

I can. Then again I have it split with over 50 threads to a single file. Getting around 80-180kbs. Normal is 400kbs. Meh

Im also experiencing the problem of having to refresh pages. My downloads were flying last night but not so much today or right now for that matter...not too sure what the problem could be

Just like yourself I'm experiencing the exact same thing, super frustrating! I've even tried multiple download managers, I even resorted to installing Sophos for Mac! Are you d/ling from Filesonic? with Jdownloader by any chance?

(Update) Hmm, cannot access the itunes store within itunes. I had no issues before the whole Seacom situation. It's deff a Telkom / Mweb issue... Tethered my Vodacom iphone to iMac (3G) and all my d/l'eds (last few kb's) finished in my download manager.

Tried: Jdownloader, MDM, Speed Download.
Tried: disabling firewall on Mac & Router.
Tried Max con 1 - Max dls 1.
Updated: Apple Mac 10.7.2.
Installed Sophos: No viruses.
disabled all Proxies if any.

I also split the file over quit a few threads but I cant even get connection to fileserve... I also tried putting the link in my browser and it ust thinks... doesnt even go to download page

Im glad im not the only one experiencing this problem coz its frustating to have downloads hanging. Ive been using "Download Them All" which is a plug-in for firefox and its always worked good but i just dont know what could be wrong now. The prob has happened with filesonic and filefactory for me.

Damn frustrating! I've been going round n round in circles trying all possibilities... Gonna give this a rest for now, Mweb Guy somethings still broken?!
