Everything dead... I think their "dynamic" shaping is still set to the configurations when seacom went down

Downloads are completing now. No more 99% "connection to server was reset"... thanks MWEB guy. Speed is still a bit on the slow side but at least my time and bandwidth isn't being wasted.

Torrents go full speed then slow to about 1kb/s then again full speed and then slow. Websites are timing out all the time, google, wiki and mybb. I did a traceroute to both google and wiki and they both had timeouts. Another weird problem I am having, is whenever I have torrents going, NOTHING will load in my web browser at all. The minute I exit torrents, I get web browsing but obviously still very erratic. That never used to happen... So is it just my account? Or has the Seacom thing actually not been properly fixed as you guys announced a few days ago?
I really doubt that the network is back to 100%. Fileserve, Megaupload, etc are very slow today and my torrents still aren't working. Don't know if its mweb related or not but my items also won't load in TF2.

Yeah, torrents for me aren't operating as nicely as they were a few weeks ago - well at least since the Seacom issues. According to Seacom, 99% of customer capacity has been restored... Why are we still being overshaped then ? XD

Its not a game issue, its a connection issue, Steam refuses to log on. I checked the Games forum, and there are no issues listed with Steam?

Hi PurSpyk!!,
Please try the following:
Go to: C:\Program Files\Steam
Rename: ClientRegistry.blob
to: ClientRegistry.old
Then start the steam client, The client then should re update its self. (Note: Do not worry about loosing any of your games as this will only prompt the steam client to re update).

Tried that then I dont even get the option to go into offline mode. I logged onto Steam this morning, but since 17h30 this evening I have not been able to log on. I have the same issue on 3 different computers with 3 different Steam accounts.

Anyone having youtube problems - it either doesnt play at all or it buffers continuously.
