My wireless not working

So I have a new laptop and decided to install some drivers that they gave me but after that my wireless wont work,only the cable

Any tips? I think its the ASUS Net4Switch application but every time I click on it it just says run and does nothing.

Besides obviously checking that your wireless is enabled on the laptop itself (consult manufacturer manual or retailer). insure that your wifi adapter shows within network adapters and that it is indeed set to autoconfigure its IP (dhcp). You could also check with packaging and retailer if your laptop actually has wifi built in. Also i don't know if it would be nessicary to tell you to check that its enabled in the bios. Also make sure you don't have any virusses on your pc. They can hog your network adapters making tcp connections impossible. Hope i could have been of help to you
