Glad I'm not alone.
Another thing I have noticed. Giving up smoking is nothing compared to going on a diet. I put on a couple kgs so a change in lifestyle was/is in order. So difficult, I'm an active person, couple hours a week training on the squash court+league squash match+social league squash match. This tyre just keeps inflating.
Ladies and Gents that stick to their diet and lose weight, awesome achievement.
Uhm was on weigh less (and stuck to it with no cheating), exercising at least 3 times per week work permitting (and I am talking 20 minutes hard cycling, 20 minutes jogging on treadmill and a heavy circuit routine, in total almost 2 hours at gym actually working out). Haven't lost one kilo. At this point I want to kill the hippy that brought in this whole "healthy living thing" into the light and made everyone think it's the right way to live. My gran smoked like a chimney, drank like a fish, ate like a lord, never exercised wasn't an ounce overweight and still managed to live to 86.

Your doing it wrong
Dude seriously. If you follow their diet to the T it's supposed to help you lose weight. There is no "doing it wrong" with weigh less. Either you do the diet and cheat or you do the diet and you stick to it religiously. I stuck it out for two months. Not a single kilo lost.
additionally to the diet I was exercising (which they said would increase the weight loss) all the weigh less woman does now is scratch her head saying she doesn't understand (not like any of them understand dieting anyway)
Ditch the weigh less.
How much do you weigh now?
BMI is wrong and outdated128KG's, 1.75m. I am apparently supposed to weigh 85KG's. Normal BMI can't be used because my shoulder width and bone structure is apparently much larger than normal (must be a mutant thing) doctor calculated that if I can get it below 100KG's I should be about right (there is a more accurate way of working out BMI taking other things into consideration)
at the moment I am not doing heavy weight exercises. High repetitions, low weight, fast pace.
40g all bran flakes with 100ml fat free milk early morningNo offense but just by kick starting your metabolism and eating right you should start seeing weight loss
Post what you would typically eat in a day?
And do you drink? How often, how much and what?

One of the weigh less prescribed dinner combinations at 7pm
Decaf 1 cup in the morning
3 or 4 cups of tea per day
1.5 liter water per day
Oh, and I have been on this diet for two months.

And from what I heard tea can generally have more caffiene in![]()
Tea does have almost 25% more caffeine than coffee, *BUT* the quantity of tea consumed per standard cup is far less than the amount of coffee, which leads to one consuming less caffeine from tea than from coffee. Rooibos has even less caffeine though.
According to www.mayoclinic.com, a standard 240ml cup of coffee contains 95-200mg of caffeine, whilst tea contains about 40-120mg of caffeine
