Is Honda going through such a bad financial patch that they need to wait for payment on an insurance claim to clear - WT Holy F

You see, these guys told me 3 months ago "we don't work with insurance companies. you pay us, and claim from the insurance"
i said: Ok, and phone the insurance company
Insurance company said "norravokkenchance"
Honda said: Ok, we'll work with this one
:D

Dude, buy a Beemer.

I was knocked off my bike just over 3 weeks ago. I got my bike back on Saturday.

The longest part of the process was getting the assessor out and getting the quote approved.

One part is on back order, will arrive in a week and a half.

the bike is only a year old now... and yes, i did already check what the settlement amount is, and it's still too much

Signed.

Fingers crossed, 2 more days just to wait for payment to clear

It’s ****ing astounding that after making you wait for months they now are actually genuinely waiting for a payment clearance from an insurance company.

Nope, but that's what the bike school told me.

Yeah it’s really few and far between for big bike licenses as there weren’t really all that many big automatics around and even the bit scooters are rare.

But your average high school girl has an auto-only 125cc license.

LOL. But it's so expensive...................

Yes, you get what you pay for and rats don’t like Germans.

Also I guarantee the BMW will be cheaper to run than the Honda.

But yeah even with their trade-in assist probably still won’t make sense.

Well, I was thinking to hold on to my rat food for another 6 months, and get this:

Exactly what I was going to suggest.

Even if you wait for them to land to buy the older models for cheaper.

The GS is a bit tall, but there are options for lower versions. New one may be different though.

There may also be more road-bike off shoots but that will only happen by next year.
