If the insurance is paying the dealership, this should not be an issue as the insurance will only issue the payment if you sign the release/letter of satisfaction and you can do that unless you collect the bike - if the dealer says otherwise, then somebody is talking out their a$$ again

Unless it's Honda Centurion ;)

So I lost a pair of sunglasses a few days ago. As I was collecting the bike one of the employees came running up to me and told me that he'd found some sunglasses wedged into the bodywork, and he'd left them in the frunk.
So kudos to randburg motorcycles, I didn't expect that kind of honesty
 
Should discuss my feelings of how Honda treated me when I was attempting to buy a motorcycle and this was multiple dealerships.

Share with us your experiences.... So that the rest of us can stay clear of them if need be. Reading about Fanies problems, makes me rethink Honda...
