Precisely. Plus, so help you if you get a knee down when doing the cornering part of the test..... Apparently according to the K53 no rider ever travels faster than 25km/h.

I did ask the instructor if I could get a knee down in the cornering section. He said something along the lines of "if you can do that on that 150 I'll give you the bike"

I often do a ride to Harties or Cullinan on my own on a sunday, have a couple of beers and maybe a breakfast or a pizza, but it gets a bit lonely - most of my biker friends have moved to the cape (farkers!) or stopped riding due to having kids

How many here would be interested?
I'm not an early morning person, so it would be 09:00AM AT THE EARLIEST

Since slim mini compressors are insanely expensive i figure this is the route to take.

Besides having roadside assistance in there anything you keep for emergencies?

I have a similar set, but only take it along on long trips - just a waste to slug along all the time

had a flat battery the other day and called my insurance - they trailered my bike home within an hour, even although I just needed a jump start

There’s always Dynaplug.

But you’ll have to import it. Takes up like no space though.

Bike tyre warehouse has this for around R300. Usually it's on the Midas specials for just over R200. A cyclist friend told me that the Co2 canisters are cheaper at Cajees cycle store near the Centurion Makro - I think he said that they were R14

Great, this is what I needed to hear, cause I'm struggling to find where to buy the co2.

Anyone know how many canisters would fill a 160/60 17 tyre?

Definitely going to get me a set to keep in the bike.

Ah yes, I think you have mentioned this before, I see some stores selling it locally, quite pricey though, though I suppose you pay for quality and that small size.
