MyBroadband downtime and slow loading

Hi there

I apologize for the downtime and slow loading on MyBroadband today. We are still working to resolve all the problems, but it looks like the site is already a bit faster and more stable.

There may still be a few hiccups as we try to improve the performance, but we hope the interventions will mean that most of the problems will be solved.

I know you deserve better from us, but I guarantee you that we are doing our best to make sure that we improve the situation.

Was there an influx of users, or was it a hardware fault or something?
 
got db errors. 404 pages now bad formatting on the forums.

Seems they are having some fun....

The requested URL /vb/newreply.php was not found on this server.
 
This is the first time I have seen the forum actually posting an admin message to say the board is not available!
 
Just a few issues? What a relief! I thought the world was ending. :D

First logon (mobile phone) is to full forum:(

Then mobile seems to only offer the horrid version

/goes to see if this cruddy view is finally able to go to last viewed (other threads)

If not I won't be on myBB much.

Even the 10"tablet is stuck on this and does not allow full forum view(big enough). Unless that has now changed
