VodacomData, welcome, you're in for a hell of a ride (i hope you have been prepped by jannie!). i wish you an honest and productive relationship with forum users. Goodwill points to Vodacom for appointing you to take over.
 
Wonder if v3g read the iburst forum yet... They almost as bad as Neotell! Would love to know how they will offer cheaper and better deals than telkom adsl incl. Speeds. Oh wait iburst is for people with out adsl in their area? So enough about iburst at least they are cheaper than vodacom when it comes to data. What up with that? No wires, should mean less cost? Why is wireless in S.A ripping us off big time? Will I burst bring out sim cards instead of buying a router from them that is fixed to them only?
 
v3g: congrats on ur appointment & please fix this 1 issue with iburst:
- the company is reported to be 1 big happy family, but all the customers i've come accross think its 1 cr@ppy place, with the accounts department from hell and a non-existent customer service dept.
