Hi guys

There is a new poll regarding the service improvement of MyWireless on our front page (http://www.myadsl.co.za). Please give your views about the service…

Regards,

RPM

Heya RPM,

I thnk the poll is too non-specific ... You need to make the distinction between:

Local and International has improved
Local has improved but International still needs work
Local and International still needs work

Just a thought

how about this:

Do you think Sentech's MyWireless service has improved?

1. Yes
2. Slightly, still experience problems
3. The same
4. You mean Sentech still provide this service
5. I'm cancelling so I dont care

myWireless 128, 64, 48, 16 - depends on its mood.

Hi RPM,

I hope this is "correct" (tm) :

As a MyWireless user, what would most accurately indicate your feelings on the current service?

1) Both local and international are acceptable
2) Local is lekker; International is unacceptable
3) Local and International are unacceptable

Whos the single crackhead that could have voted local and international are good!!!
there is definitely a spy in our midst, at least 1 sentech employee has voted,
/me wonders how many other employees we shall see over the polls duration.

"Good" is a relative term. If you used to be on a 14400 dialup modem I guess international would be good.

Sorry Pro, but those users are already paying full price for the service, so the poll isn't premature in any sense. If those customers were getting some sort of "pre-release special while we spend months getting our network in order", then I'd understand. If Sentech doesn't want paying customers commenting on the service "until their network is ready", they shouldn't sign them up until the network is ready. I suggest let RPM know once those lines are running, and he can create a new 'has the service improved since' poll.

It seems the number of crackheads is growing, we should be asking ourselves, perhaps the service is improving?
A quick SRT, tells a different story

I don't need no stinkin SRT (apologies Rodent) to tell me it's not much better. I just look at what's happening on my download graph. Spike up to 4.8, slope down to 0, 3 secs flat, spike to 4.8, slope to 0. Managed to dl 6.8MB in 5hrs this morning. I stopped it when it stopped completely for 10 minutes.

At least the mail seems to be working well. Yay
