I reversed using the Nedbank Money app and was charged R5. It's a non-amount since the time required to dispute it is worth much more than R5 but I plan to anyway since I need to go to the branch this week to get a new card. I'm going to talk to the branch manager and explain that it's their responsibility to determine that the debit order was not fraudulent or refund my R5. Why bother? Because I expect to get hit by these fraudulent debit orders more often now, based on what others are saying about the increased frequency being generally observed.
