I need someone who is willing to help me design a few websites, they need to obviously have html, java, xml and css and be able to work with different browsers! We normally work on dreamweaver, visual studio, sql and MS access..

it would be great if the person could also have some experience with PHP, Joomla etc, and some flash would be greattt..

...but it's just so POPULAR. I have most CMS packages. I prefer doing everything by hand. It's a lot more fun (and challenging) that way as well.
