My last answer from Neotel, they where doing server maintenance last night, and something went wrong. Well doesn't look like it will be fixed before Monday, but this is a fairly regular occurence at least once a month.
Restricting my total download speed to less than 256kbps (32 kBps) is the solution. Been going 30 mins without a disconnect then went just 2kBps over it and got an immediate disconnect. Switching back to 28 kBps and it's stable again. Got a 4 bar reception and normally get about 120 kBps download speed.

Its not THE solution, its to just allow you to be able to do something.
THE solution would be that Neotel fixed the problem.
