Lets hope this is a fairly accurate indication: http://mybroadband.co.za/news/Wireless/9507.html
Oh awesome, thanks!
Still no news as to when it will be implemented though? I have already sent you my GPS co-ords as discussed in our email correspondence ([email protected]).![]()

Can you please confirm this Hugo ?
I would really dislike for myself and many others to get their hopes up when that is not the case.
"Hi Guys.
Let me clarify this, the service will be opted to our consumer high end package users, the Flex 15g, and unlimited as well as prime unlimited users".

Thanks for the link.
The package we're moving the high end users to is a stable 2mb line. (Prime and Flex)
The higher NeoBroadband WiMax solutions are a different fixed package (4mb, 5mb etc), which you need to manually apply for those lines.
Not available to the move across customers as is. If oyu want the higher speed lines, you need to make a new application, costs and all is for your own.

I'm not giving a date, cause even though I stress estimated time and time again, users here go and keep quoting it as it was the communicated date.
So, here's the answer: Watch this space!

Thank you for acknowledging the fact we are just "users", so much for being a "valued customer"!
I don't know now your mentality works but how the heck do you expect us "users" to accept such an awful level of service both on the network as well as in public relations only then to rebuke any requests of clarity with a condescending tone?
Every announcement/promise Neotel has brought to the table thus far has been a dissapointment and that is the truth.
I think a PR course is recommended ....
Yah still waiting...neoconnect prime unlimited damn slow...whats the news HUGO?
