New contract rates ???

@pietpetoors, it sounds like you need to have another in-depth look at your bank account statement and verify that previous debit order payments were actually successfully deducted from your bank account.
When I get a 2nd change that is where I will be going and all my referals.

Firstly I have a 24 Month contract. How do I get out of it ??, or move it to VSP?
 I thought you posted that your SP had decided to cancel the contract?

@acidrain, I suspect there is some ('benefit of the doubt' + 'leniency') that gets factored in prior to an actual account suspension.

Surely if the debit order didnt go through, his service would have been suspended? AFAIK cellular operators dont allow accounts to be in arrears unless the service has been suspended? I have the same prob with my SP (mtn tho) but they can kiss my arse if they want that money. Could VSP be the only operator to allow accounts to be in arrears?

Could be that Vodacom never submitted the debit order. I don't have the exact details. This info is not easily given out from planet Billing.

No. My SP allowed us to go into arrears for 2 months even after I had stopped there debit order. And the amount is very large. And when I sent them emails to find out why all is going wrong they then realised what was going and stopped it ALL. They even cancelled the contract.

Thanks Vodacom3G
Perhaps they reversed the charge after my complaint on 08/06/2007. If you look at the start of this topic on 08/06/2007 I complained about the R628.00 which Vodacom have then deducted in June, and now you tell me that the extra amount this month was for June's amount that was not successfully deducted.

One thing I cannot understand is that I registered at vodacom4me. At vodacom4me I can see my invoices, contract details etc. My profile at vodacom4me is 100% complete. I entered my contact details, postal address etc. So if I give you my 3G sim card's number (which is what the contract is for) how is it possible that you guys can say that you cannot get hold of me. I thought that it is a save way to give you a reference and you can then get my contact number from my profile?

I now do realize that you guys cannot get your clients' details from their profiles and that is why you cannot get hold of me. That is the same miscommunication that happened when I complained about the instability of my connection last week.

The number of my 3G sim is 0795156006 , I do not have any number that end on 666. I will PM you my cell number since Vodacom has a wonderful system which they cannot use properly.

Sorry Mr 3G to inform you that the mistake is not mine. I just checked my bank statements. On 06-06-2007 Vodacom debited my account with R628.00, you agreed in this post that the invoice amount was R355.69.

On 09-07-2007 Vodacom debited my account with R712.67 and the invoice amount was R356.98

I can add screenshots of my bank statements here if you want to.

I sent you my number, please let them call me.
It still amazes me that Vodacom do not keep their clients personal details like contact numbers on their system. Why then do one fill it in on the application forms? Anyway, let them cal me, you got my number now and they've got my money.

The R626 was for your Vodacom Credit Card, not for data. Both June & July data usage was deducted in July.

So everything seems to balance.

Eish - R626 on your credit card... nice place this forum.. nice to share that info with us all, I feel better than James Brown now. :D
