When I get a 2nd change that is where I will be going and all my referals.
Firstly I have a 24 Month contract. How do I get out of it ??, or move it to VSP?
Surely if the debit order didnt go through, his service would have been suspended? AFAIK cellular operators dont allow accounts to be in arrears unless the service has been suspended? I have the same prob with my SP (mtn tho) but they can kiss my arse if they want that money. Could VSP be the only operator to allow accounts to be in arrears?

No. My SP allowed us to go into arrears for 2 months even after I had stopped there debit order. And the amount is very large. And when I sent them emails to find out why all is going wrong they then realised what was going and stopped it ALL. They even cancelled the contract.![]()
Sorry Mr 3G to inform you that the mistake is not mine. I just checked my bank statements. On 06-06-2007 Vodacom debited my account with R628.00, you agreed in this post that the invoice amount was R355.69.
On 09-07-2007 Vodacom debited my account with R712.67 and the invoice amount was R356.98
I can add screenshots of my bank statements here if you want to.
I sent you my number, please let them call me.
It still amazes me that Vodacom do not keep their clients personal details like contact numbers on their system. Why then do one fill it in on the application forms? Anyway, let them cal me, you got my number now and they've got my money.
I don't pay any card fees, just a R29 programme fee, which gives me access to all the rewards.
