New PC, 3 long beeps on boot!

No that model is not on the official list, and I see that there are no 2Gig single sided sticks either. That is why I am starting to think the RAM density is too high. Please help me to calculate the RAM density, the instructions I found on the first 2 pages on google are hard to understand.

I actually find it quite funny that you went to a PC shop to get your PC components, which now failed on you badly, where as if you've ordered them from an online retailer (like I suggested in the first place) you most likely wouldn't have had any issues and gotten your components tomorrow...
I won't bother with the RAM density calculations. Simply take everything to the shop and let them test it with other RAM modules first and then another motherboard if they can't make it work with just new RAM modules.

Is that CPU and Ram that aren't on the list? Yes then that Intel board will complain. Take it all back.
Read the fine print from intel, mismatching will shorten the lifespan of that system, - besides the fact that it isn't working
yeah as said, forget about the density calcs, you already have an issue with matching up so that dealer can't argue with you.

As everyone has stated, three beeps sounds like ram.
But try this:
1) connect power to the board, and only cpu. check the sound (no ram so there should be beeping) If its the three beeps again, then the problem is the ram.
if not...
2) connect power to board, cpu and ram. check sound again.
if it makes a different sound to step 1...
3) connect power to board, cpu, ram and vga. check sound. (doubt you'll get this far as you've tried this already)

I was just so exited to get a new PC, and I didn't want to wait. And the other thing is, if we don't support local shops they will never get better.
Ok well I already sent to owner a mail that I am going to take it in tomorrow, so that's what I'm going to do. The only problem is that if the density is in fact too high, lower density sticks will cost more.
Will they be able to charge me? I don't think they should be able to though, I just said I want a DDR3 LGA775 board and 4 Gig of DDR3 memory, so it was clearly their responsibility to get things that are compatible, right?

I've lost a sale once from the same issue with intel boards.
I can just imagine an enduser upgrading their CPU and hitting the same wall.

Yeah, but I guess it's too late now. There is no way that they will give me my money back, they will only fix the problem.
Hopefully it doesn't take too long, and if they close next week for the holidays I am going to have to wait for very long

UPDATE:
I must say, I am very delighted with ROX computers' service! They were even open yesterday (on a public holiday) and the owner tried to call me to tell me to bring the box in, but my phone was off (I sent him a mail to tell him what's wrong).
So this morning I took the box in and he plugged it in, and surely 3 long beeps. Then he pulled the RAM and inserted a low density stick (1Gig), and it booted fine! Now, low density costs more but he said I don't have to worry about it (thus I'm saving some cash).
And I've seen the DP45SG board is actually quite expensive (I got it for R1100) and it is R1300 at Vision tech.

The owner of ROX got me better quality Kingston RAM (double sided low density) and now it works. I only have 2 problems left, I can't boot from the Windows 7 64bit disc, only 32 bit. And I also can't get the LAN drivers installed, but the default Windows 7 (32 which I installed) drivers work great.
